My new challege, is a pop noise from right rear area? Could be the rear wheel assembly. I am but familiar with the assemblies. So, very time I start moving forward I hear a pop, shifting up I hear it again, same as is I like off the thottle I get the same pop or pop-pop. U joint?? A shaft with a key that is sloppy?? anyone / ideas??

Probably rust buid up in the spline and area where the CV hub tightens against the back of the bearing housing. You need to check the axle nut to make sure it is tight first. If it is, you need to remove the nut, push the axle in, and lubricate the inboard end of the splines.
