Seat Belt Retractor Bolt Length

Could someone tell me the length of the bolt that holds the seat belt retractor mechanisms to the car?

I'm reinstalling my seat belts and can't seem to locate the bolts, so I need to go buy some new ones.

Approximate length will do if someone has one and can measure it for me.

Looks like the retractor bolt part number is 11609471 and it is an M12x1.75x28.

Can anyone confirm this?

And is the bolt for the shoulder belt guide the same part?

Shoulder Belt Guide Bolt 11516892 (M12x1.75x55.8)

Confirmed by a dealer I talked to.
