right a/c actuator?

right a/c actuator?
98 coupe, 104K miles. I am getting hot air out of the right side when the A/C is on. When i reset the codes it blows cold for about 20-30 seconds. I am getting codes B0365H (right actuator short to ground) B3067H (right actuator open feed back) and B0446 H C (right actuator out of range.) I have also tried to reset it by pulling the fuse, etc, but it does the same thing.
The fact that it temporarily gets cold makes me think its more of a control issue rather than an actuator issue. The temp display also gets dim, so i am wondering if thats the cause. Any help is appreciated.
Also how much of a PITA is it to replace the right actuator? I know the left side requires dash removal, but i am hoping the right is behind the glovebox
