help with drive belts
just put on new drive belts with new belt tensioner s and pulles look like the main drive pully is off .belt jus keep comming off is there a reason that the harmonic balancer is broken how do i find out how do i get it off to check

If the harmonic balancer is off the crannkshaft or laying on it, then you will suffer extreme damage to the steering rack. First determine if its really off or not. Excessive wobbling will do this as well and the balancer would need to be replaced anyway. Verify your belt routing. If the balancer has to come off, the steering rack will have to come out.
