Radiator Hold Down
Does anyone sell a top corner hold downs for the radiator. I have installed a beautiful polished Dewitt radiator and fan assembly and the top plastic hold down covers the polished top of the radiator. Has anyone just cut the ends off the hold down bracket and use them, they seem to be stiff enough.

It probably would work to do it that way, but I would not recommend it. That top shroud keeps the air flowing THROUGH the radiator not over the top. If removed a lot of the cooling air will not go through the radiator negating the benefits of the Dewitt's unit and will cause you to run hot.
