Why not buy the bung separately and have it welded in by a local shop. That way it will be exactly where you need it to be. I can't say that I have ever seen one offered with an O2 bung welded in.

Why Hi Flows at all ??---Not much HP there anyway--what maybe 2-5 RWHP--to me the high cost of the hi-flows is not worth the $$ --best to spend it elsewhere--Here in calif i tried to use the Bullet style metal substrate cats and they would NOT heat up properly and my car wouldn't pass smog--had to re-install my stock cats--Only lost 4 RWHP---would never do it again !!!
The high dollar Random cats are what now $500-$600 a pair ?? and I'm sure the bullets I installed are supposed to outflow them so the expected HP gain of the Random's would be even less---
