Are c5 calipers unidirectional?

Are c5 calipers unidirectional?
I ordered a set of c5 calipers,brackets,rotors, and adapters for my c4, no instructions came with them. I got them installed BUT I have right caliper with the bleeder on top of caliper and drivers side on BOTTOM of caliper. Whats up with that?

Bleeder needs to be on top to get the air out. Perhaps you were shipped an incorrect part.

My caliper on the driver side has the bleeder on bottom of caliper, passenger side the bleeder is reversed and on the top of caliper. They work but has soft pedal, your right about cant get the air out.

The only option you have other than returning them is to take the passenger side off and block the piston up with something. Hold it in your hands with the bleeder up and bleed it. Its definitely a pain in the rear, but it'll get you rolling again.
