Default cigarette lighter issue

I was just leaving for vacation and plugged my gps into my cig lighter and the assembly just came apart. I tried to reattach the lighter element to the casing, but couldn't get it to work (see pics). What am I missing? Seems like it should be pretty easy...

You will need to take the radio bezel off. The plug looks like it came off in the back.

Thanks TOPCATHR- Had to remove the console and dash to get to it and saw that the plug had come unclipped. Dropped one of the dash screws and couldn't get to it though... clumsy!

ALSO remember----GM hides the OBD2 port "fuse"- on the cigarette lighter fuse circuit---So very important to keep the cig lighter circuit working and fused---Or you can't read codes--get it smogged (in some states) to verify readiness tests --
