no forward gears

Unlike my previous two tranny failures, which have been a burnt band and a 2-3 clutch pack. Today i lost all forward gears yet reverse works perfect. I was reading Astg manual for the 4l60e and they mention the "stator roller clutch not holding" anybody familiar with this failure. Tranny has less than 20k since last rebuild.

I know nothing about automatics but a forum vendor does. I suggest a call to RPM Transmissions as they know their stuff and are highly respected here.
