I searched the for sale forum and no joy there. My main engine wiring harness (runs from ECM to starter, alternator, and a couple dozen other points (big hairy harness in engine bay) has cooked and become brittle so I need to replace it. Car runs but throwing codes.
I would buy a new GM OEM one if I knew what the part number is but neither my Helms books nor many web sites seem to know.

Anybody out there have an idea?
Thanks.
My parts manual shows the engine harness part number(for an MM6) as: 15329391
Yeah, the headers baked the plastic and made the harness hard and brittle. I tried a local repair but am getting enough voltage bleed to throw charge fault codes. So, I figure I'll just replace the harness with a good one.

Thanks for the help everyone.
I had to replace the one on my '03 coupe when I bought it as it had been hit hard there. Expect to pay $500 for a good used one. Ck out the used parts suppliers on here. Make sure you tell them year and whether it's a std. or automatic. No fun changing either. I removed the intake manifold when doing mine. Made the job much easier.Oh, and a new harness is close to two thousand bucks!!!! Take your time and good luck!!!!!!!
