Why did you run new wires between the PCM and fuel injectors? Did they read open with a meter? Unless you re-pinned the connector on the PCM, you just created two possible trouble spots in the future

Fuel injectors 6 & 8 are fed directly from minifuse 18(underhood). With key on(engine not running), you should read battery voltage to the injector connectors(pink wire). All injectors should read the same voltage....if not....check the voltage at fuse #18.

Ok , I was able to probe both 6 & 8 & the light would come on but wouldn't get 12 volts to the multi meter , so I ended up scraping behind the connector & got 12 volts on both wires, gotta find 2 connectors now,
