Well your best bet is to just turn the bolts that adjust how high or low the vette sits. If you want to try and keep from digging back into it a second time you might want to try and turn them full turns and the same number of turns for the front and same for the back.
Looking to lower my 03. What is the best way without effecting anything else. Want to do this once not three or four times. Thanks
Well, there really isn't a way to lower your car without effecting anything else. You can lower your car a bit with the stock lowering bolts, but you should get an alignment afterwards, and also keep in mind that the farther you lower the car on non adjustable shocks the less wheel travel you will have.
The best and most permanent solution to lowering your Corvette is with a set of height adjustable coilovers. Our coilovers from Pfadt Racing are both ride height and damping adjustable. What that means to you is once you get the car set visually where you want it, it's easy to turn your car from daily driver mode into aggressive track machine by turning the adjuster ***** on your dampers. The way our Pfadt Coilovers adjust the ride height you can lower your car while maintaining suspension travel, this keeps your control arms and chassis happy. More information on our coilover system can be found here: Pfadt Coilovers

Adjustable coil-overs are the best way to get the car to sit how you want. And I cant speak directly on their coil-overs but their transmission mount is top quality and does its job very well, the install may have been a PITA but it would have been a lot easier if I had a socket to fit over the rear cradle bolts Plus that orange anodized aluminum looks really good under there
Before I went to coil overs, I lowered my vert by running the rear nuts down leaving only 2 threads showing beneath the nut. The front adjusters I ran all the way up and cut the rubber pad so that only one layer was left. I took it in to be re-aligned and it didn't need it. Every car is a little different. Give the car a few days of driving to settle. I measured mine before lowering and again in a few days to make sure it went down evenly. It will really help to spray the front adjusters with a lube and be careful not to round off the little hex heads.

I lowered mine the max amount on stock bolts (6yrs ago) and was told no need to do an alignment.
5000 miles later all 4 tires were showing the tire cords on the insides...
Get an alignment after you lower it FOR SURE !
I have LG GT2 coil overs now and its such an incredible ride ! Love it !
ANY idea where one can get the C6 front bolts? Apparently you can not get just the bolts from a dealership and I'm not looking to buy a whole front spring just for bolts.

Like I posted above, all cars are different. My car had 0ver 5,000 miles since it was lowered on the bolts and no uneven wear. I posted I took the car to have it aligned and it did not need it. I never told the OP not to have it checked. Obviously, you didn't have yours checked out.

Actually I did have it aligned. At a dealer. They screwed it up I guess because the insides of all 4 tires were showing the cords after 5000 miles. I went to another shop after I got my new wheels/tires and they said the dealership screwed me
All cars are different I suppose. Its up to the OP if he wants to risk not having it aligned after lowering.
