Good Deal?

I am looking for a C5 vette to purchase.
There is a 99' Hardtop, Torch Red, B&B Tri-Flow Stainless Steel Exhaust, 16K miles, Excelent Condition for sale.

He is asking $29,900.

Is this a good deal?

I just paid 29K for my 99 black coupe. Loaded a-4 with 13k on the clock. The car still smells new..........
