Low oil pressure
I have like 18 idel and 30 revved up and it dose rattle like when you change your oil befor it get pressure in the filter,and when I start it 3 sec. Later there is a squeal like a vacuum leak if I take the oil cap off it dose not do it. When it is running and shut it off it will squeal after it is shut off like it is bleeding off or vacuum bleed off. It has been running fine I changed oil about 200 miles ago and it only has 62000 miles on it. And it is not my sender. I have changed it and it has danger low oil pressure, any one got an idea what is going on?

2 things come to mind -
1. Check PCV and make sure it is tight and working correctly.
2. Oil pump relief valve is popped open and will not close.
18psi at idle is about 7-8psi light. 30psi revved up is also light,; should be around 43psi or so.
Recommendation - replace your oil pump. PITA and some work to do but that would eliminate the pump as a suspect. While in there you can replace timing chain, tensioner, idle pulley and check the pump down tube to the pan and it's o-ring.

well...BTDT and got the bad news last Friday when it went to 0 
new motor coming soon...I was seeing great pressure while driving but 15-17 at idle....
