Default driving light issue 2004

I have a 2004 on which the driver side running light is not working. I already swaped the lights out. If I turn the light stalk one turn, the lights will work fine but when in the standard position, the passenger side works fine, the driver side is off. The turn signal also does not work on the driver side but is fine on the passenger side.

When I turn on the hazard lights, again the driver side light fails to flash, passenger side works fine. Of course both rears work fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

When you turn on the headlamp switch to the parking lamp position, then turn on the left turn signal, does it now flash?

two things now. One, cycle the hazard lamp switch several times and see if the lamp comes to life with the blinkers. If not, you need to check the fuses(s) and if they are good, get a meter and verify if voltage is actually getting to the lamp.
