Default could this head be a contender ??

So whats the deal with the new-ish GM 19201807 cylinder heads ??

Here is what I've found out about them;
LSX/L92 #19201807
• L92/LS3 port configuration
• Produces from 356-T6 Aluminum with 5/8” thick deck
• 6 Bolts per cylinder, Aluminum construction
• Runners are in “as cast” condition
• 250cc intake port and 80cc exhaust port
• 70cc Chamber size
• Intake flow = 280 CFM@.600 / Exh flow= 180 CFM@.700
• Assembled with 2.00” Intake and 1.555” Exhaust Valves
• Beehive springs
• 15 Degree valve angle
• 3.890” minimum bore size block
• Uses LS3 / L92 rocker arms
• Requires the LS3 / L92 intake manifold

Does anyone have real world experiance with them ?? Flowed on a 3.90 bench ?? Porting possibilities ?? And of course, comparisons to other popular small bore heads ??

Thanks..... A little more info;

Uses 11mm (10) and 8mm (13) head bolts (not included)
Accommodates production valvetrain components (except for Drag Race and Circle Track heads)
Includes premium beehive-type valve springs (except for Drag Race and Circle Track heads)
Extra material cast in the port areas to accommodate professional porting
Valve guides for 8mm valve stems
Racing-specific LSX-DR (Drag Racing) and LSX-CT (Circle Track) heads feature raised runner designs and other unique features designed to maximize performance at the track.

Thanks...

71 views and this is all I get ??
Wheres our vendor support ?? GM dealers ??
Techies, you're letting me down.

Lets start with some basics. Why would GM go through the trouble of producing these heads unless there is a ton of potential ??
Are they designed around a certain class or type of motorsport ??

Surely some of the top players in the industry have tested with them or at least have a little feedback, (aka, hard and fast rules).

I mean whats not to like ?? Rectangle port (LS3/L92 port) with a thick 5/8ths deck.

So.....LMR, LME, Eric K, Geoff@EPS, Kurt U, TEA, WCCH, Virgina Speed, Katech, ect......Does anybody have any feedback on these heads ??

Thanks.....

If there L92 heads they are the cats meow but want work on a LS6. Needs a bigger bore. These are some powerhouse heads on a 6.0L with a cam and tune.

EDIT. Just read they are cast for small bore. Kinda pricey if you ask me.
