Can anyone help with this code; P0161 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Heater Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 2
If I just need to change an O2 sensor, where would this one be?

Originally I couldn't find any info in the threads, but by dropping the "C" off the end of the code I found plenty of info.
I need to replace the O2 sensor on the passenger side, but need to know if this is the "Upstream" or "Downstream" sensor?
