Will it roll up, if so, it's not the fuse. Door control module has a relay in it that causes the problem you have, also the motors give trouble. Do a search for WINDOW WILL NOT ROLL DOWN, and you will find info to help troubleshot the problem.

Figured it out. After looking up power windows I found a thread that mentioned beating on the door above the speaker while holding the button down on the passenger side with the key in the on position. I thought BS at first but tried it and bingo, it worked. Apparently the regulator is in that spot and hangs on occassion in the C5.
