LS1 to LS6 Pcv conversion/Need advice
Ok, I ve been reading tons of threads all over ls1 sites about this. Seems like a cheap way to HELP, not solve, the oil consumption issues. My question is this: I have ordered the ls6 valley pan and I am debating on going with an ls6 intake. If I do this can I still use the ls1 crossover coolant tube setup somehow? If not, anyone had any issues with using the ls6 coolant pipe and blocking off the rears? Opinions, advice, and comments greatly appreciated.

Yes you can use the LS1 crossover, you just need to remove the plastic mold ribs from under the LS6 intake. You do not need to remove them all, just where the tube touches. There is a picture here somewhere that shows where. My LS6 dropped right in and sealed perfectly by take the ribs off as have many others.
