My has been running fine after I replaced the MAP sensor and all of a sudden today on the way home from work my idle started to hang causing 230* coolant temps with a/c off. When I come to deccelerate or coast in neutral, my idles jumps to 2k rpms and once I come to a stop, it drops to 1k rpms and sits there. My normal idle is 700rpms. While at idle, because of the hanging idle oil temps heat up and drive the coolant temp up. Once I'm rolling with the car in gear the coolant temps drop. I did drive in the rain and I do have a vararam, but could my maf have gotten wet?

Have you checked for air leaks in the intake tract? Should be throwing some codes as well as the CEL usually pops with unmetered air issues.
Update: Hanging Idle issue fixed. I sprayed electrical cleaner on the MAF and my oil temps went down from 234* to 200* and coolant temps dropped from 230* to 180*, no more hanging idle.
I need to contact England Green because I've made some small changes over the 5yrs since I've had my last tune. It might be time for a touchup tune.

I do know there's something in the base tune that doesn't allow the idle to drop to it's set lower level until the car comes to a complete stop. ( i think it's a smog thing) Sometimes, after mods, this issue becomes exaggerated, and the idle goes up to 2k! It's tunable, but tricky.
