This code comes up as soon as I press the brake pedal. I've searched and found no solution. The car also pulls to the left while braking. I'm going to bleed the lines this afternoon, and I've ordered a replacement relay for the EBCM from DigiKey.
Before the code came up the brake pedal would sometimes be stiff at the top and if I press harder it would sink and give a very slight feeling of the ABS kicking in.
Update: I just bled the brakes and code is still there. So I guess I'll be pulling the EBCM for inspection. Going on vacation Sat. for a week so she'll have to sit.
Removed the EBCM coils and plungers look to be in excellent shape (no corrosion). Don't have a machine screw to remove the case so I'll be doing this tomorrow. Relay came in from Digikey so I'll go ahead and replace it while I'm in there.

Maybe this will help. I don't think this problem is the relay.
I found this thread that has a little more info. I PMed the OP of both threads with no response. The manual says to check resistenace between the motor coils and BMPV. If the resistance is good replace the EBCM, and if that make the code go away replace the BMPV. So I'm on the hunt for used EBCM/BMPV combo.
Thanks for responding, this seems to be a rare code and I guess there isn't a lot of experience with it.
