When you're car is all warmed up, anything under 220 degrees is ok

That is normal... even up to 230 with very spirited driving should be fine...

I saw 290' after a track session at Bragg-Smith, and they have no problems.

On the freeway at 80mph I run about 215--around town at low throttle positions it will run about 204.

Anything below 230 is fine. I'd prefer to see temps over 212 because this will burn off any condensation in the oil--a good thing.

I remember a cold day at etown and the '99 was 223. After several runs right after the other. Never saw it that high since.

On the '02 the highest I have seen is about 207. After some spirited driving. Have not been to the track....yet...

In BG last weekend there was a MY Z06 with Mid America advertising on the side that was making run after run after run. With rather unremarkable times I might add. I was curious and walked over and asked the driver what the oil temp was. He said 204. He said that he was concerned about the temperature and was watching closely.
