Meth evaporating?

Meth evaporating?
It is so hot outside the meth seems to be evaporating out of the windshield washer reservoir tank. I have no leaks and going thru it like crazy. I mixed a quart of water with the meth during the last tank full and it is going to be interesting to see if that slows down the evaporation. Has anyone else run into this issue?
