No dash lights or fog lights

No dash lights or fog lights
My 99 c5 has a problem from time to time. I have no dash lights and my fog lamps dont turn on. My fog/trunk switch doesnt light up as well. Although my trunk release still works. Ive checked everything i can think of, any ideas or help would be great. Thanks

Ive checked all the fuses, grounds and checked all the wires i can see that would go to either the fog/trunk swith or the headlight switch. Short of both switches being bad at the same time i dont know what else it could be. I was just wondering if anyone else has has this occur and if so what was the the fix. Thats for any help you can give me.

There are two fuse panels so insure you check all fuses if you didn't already. Only saying, just in case. If the dash lights are out and fuses are good, then you probably have an issue with the headlamp switch. The fog lamps do go through it because it cuts them off if you turn on the high-beams. You need a schematic to troubleshoot without just throwing parts at it.
