It is not a simply answer to your question as you have not included the size/heights of your new tires. ie the front rims you are talking about are 19", I presently have 18" with a 9" wideth on the front which is a half inch wider but with a diff offset but close to yours. My tires are stock C5 sizes, but just barely clear the inner fender wells as they stick out around 10 mm more than stock. A higher tire would def scrub. The rears dont seem to be as big an issue as you are near stock wideth and offset and there is a little more room, but again we need to know the tires you plan on running.
Not trying to give you a hard time but it is a little more complicated than it appears as all the offset measurements are based on centerline of the wheel and when you start widening the wheels that throws all the offset comparisons off, then there is the tire height.
Give me some more info and i will see what i can do. I maybe a few days getting back to you as I am an Airline pilot and travel all over the world and sometimes dont have a chance to check the forum....cheers Rick
