Outside tempsensor crazy??
Yesterday my c5 was standing outside work all day and when I started it to drive home (it was about 30 degree celcius outside) all the fan inside the car went on at high speed to cool the car down. Nothing wrong with that but after that I notised that the outside temp was giving me the wrong temp. When I started the car it showed 28 degree C but then it went all the way down to -1!! and then up som degrees and then down again to after some ticking up and down then finaly stop at 20 degrees??
This morning same again but this time it was showing all from -19 to 20??
Is it the sensor or what?

The manual has a great trouble shooting guide. It is most likely the temp sensor its located on the passenger side near the headlight ( below it ) the sensor is about 12 bucks
and 1 screw holds it in place.

Be sure to check the wiring and connector while your down there.
