Aftermarket HUD

Several sellers have aftermarket HUD for the Corvette over on the auction, as low as $100 or so. It displays speed, rpm, water temp, shift points, etc. It plugs in to the OBDC and the projector sits on the dash. One version has GPS.

Has anyone had any experience with this device or know anyone who has?

I had a factory one in a late 80's Cutlass Supreme that sat on the dash.
