Once you hear it does it stay or disappear at some higher speed? Does it change pitch with speed? I can't really hear much from the video.

It could be happening at all speeds, just doesn't become audible until 65.

It stays, its always there, i can hear that small bits are these a little before then 65mph, its really funny since its like programmed haha and after that it just stays there. And its comming from the front- middle or a little bit more to the passanger side, something starts to vibrate(from the noise you can hear, you can tell its vibrating.....) pretty hard.

could be a flat spot on the tire. Usually they show up at certain speeds while other problems will remain constant.

I figured it out! it was plastic at lower corner of windshield that was vibrating, i sticked it a lil bit and stoped,i pushed the car very hard to see if it will be coming up again, and it stoped.! when i came home my coolant blew out from no where, from problem to problem, gah
