Once you hear it does it stay or disappear at some higher speed? Does it change pitch with speed? I can't really hear much from the video.
It could be happening at all speeds, just doesn't become audible until 65.

and after that it just stays there. And its comming from the front- middle or a little bit more to the passanger side, something starts to vibrate(from the noise you can hear, you can tell its vibrating.....) pretty hard.

I figured it out! it was plastic at lower corner of windshield that was vibrating, i sticked it a lil bit and stoped,i pushed the car very hard to see if it will be coming up again, and it stoped.! when i came home my coolant blew out from no where, from problem to problem, gah
