Price to Install Gears
If it's the former it shouldn't be too bad cost-wise $400 - $500 ought to get it done.
If it's the latter; good luck finding a shop near you competent enough to do it... And it'll be EXPENSIVE. Where are you located? These diffs are not your typical rears and they are a HUGE pita to set up. Be very careful selecting a shop for the job and MAKE SURE you ask them if they've set up a rear-end on a C5 before... Make them prove it. You REALLY don't want to be the first one.

Also: if you currently have 3.15 gears in your car your current carrier will work fine for the new gears. If you have the 2.73 gears you're going to need to purchase some shims to make the new ones work in your current carrier...
