If you want a brace that helps with wheel hop get the pfadt trans brace.

The brace's shown about meant to strengthen the joint of the trans and rear. Two different functions and both can be used together

My ECS trans/diff brace has been on for aproximately 5 years now.

If you look at it now it looks the same as the day I put it on.
If you were to look at a DTE brace, you're going to see some rust after a few years.

ECS in my opinion is easier to understand the instructions for install & adjustment.

The other brand, going back a few years made obtaining parts & units for that matter, practically impossible.

And lastly in my opinion, if you put both completed units side by side the ECS unit looks like the better, up to date, superior & best suited
unit for our cars.

For what it's worth, ECS's customer relations is second to none.

And better yet, look at the installation & adjustments for each unit & YOU come to your own conclusion.
Good luck.

Omg lol. Ok yes I will admit it transfer more of energy through the car, BUT I can tell you I have absolutely ZERO wheel hop.

You will not see any rust on the DTE brace. Mine is over 5 years old and looks brand new. Replacement parts??????? No way. Buy whatever you want but the comments about the above is bs.

I went with the ECS simply because it was available. Had no luck getting a DTE in a timely fashion. But they both fairly similar, just the ECS has a lil more girth.
