I have a 2000 C5 that i just installed new rims, tires, and tpms. My problem is i cant get them programmed. I go to tire training, put magnet over valve stem. Horn blows but still stays on the left front on dash. The dealer who installed them says the left front is bad but how does he know the others arent if he cant get it to change to the others? Any suggestions?

Reason: spelling
Does the key fob still work? Can you lock/unlock the car? -> if NOT then it's the receiving unit. If the fob works, try recycling the #27 fuse located in the pax footwell. I was not able to get my TPMS to work (also have a 2000) until I pulled the fuse and reconnected it.
Also, you only have ~45 seconds to do all 4 tires. FL, FR, RR, RL; that's the order. You need to do all of them.
Thanks Ill try that....My question is when I hold magnet over sensor on Left front it beeps but it never changes to right front wheel on dic...should it not go to right front after left front beeps? All sensors beep but it never moves off left front on dic.
Ive read all lot about tpms but they always seem to indicate that the message center tells you what wheel to do next. I guess what Im trying to figure out is doing this by myself do I just shut door and go around car until each one beeps and ignore message center until Im done? This shouldnt be this difficult. lol

I think you only have 45 seconds to register all 4 tires. After the horn honks, go to the next tire, not the dash to view the dic.
