Window Regulator-Need Piece/Help

Window Regulator-Need Piece/Help
2002 conv.-passenger side-lower forward leg of regulator assembly-blue plastic half-circle cable guide broke off. I would like to snap in another rather than r&r the entire assembly.
1) Any reason I can't?
2) Is this guide the same passenger/driver?
3) Anybody have any from old regulators?
4) Anybody have any experience in this area? Nothing from search.
5) The windows (and top) are always down. When the window is down,is the cable very tight and stressing this flimsy guide? When the window is up,the cable has considerably more slack in this area-enough,I hope,to allow another guide to be installed.
