Here is my problem. After I got done with my N2O install yesterday I started to notice some electrical gremlins. Here are the symptoms.
*Passanger Side Window- works with passangger side controls but not driver side controls
*Driver's Side Window- didn't work for about 30 minuites but now does and will also roll down/up when the car is off, key is out, and door is open (shouldn't work then). Just got done checking to. make sure no relays had poped lose and now doesn't work at all.
*Passanger Side Mirror- doesn't work
*Passanger Side Door Lock- Doesn't work from driver's controls but does on passanger side and does with remote
*Driver's Side Door Lock- Doesn't work now but did for a little while with driver's side controls but never with the remote
I checked the codes and this is what came up.
40 BCM B0502 H C
40 BCM B0507 H C
40 BCM B2482 H C
99-HVAC U1160 H C
AO-LDCM NO COMM.
Anyone have any ideas? All we did with the N2O was change two wires that went to the N2O noid and checked all the wiring with a voltometer. Everything worked before and I can't think of what could be causing this
Re: Electrical gremlins have me confused! (99 Corvette)
All those functions communicate over the serial buss, which is tied into every module in the car. Since your wiring work was not in the door panels, but rather at the BCM, I'd double-check the BCM connectors and even ensure that all the pins in the connector are seated properly. It sounds like the wires going from the BCM to the driver door are the culprit. Got a service manual?

Looks like it worked itself out. It started going through stages where this would work but then this wouldn't and so on then all of the sudden everything started working again  I don't know what caused it but since it would be almost impossible to find out what was wrong when it is not doing it anymore I'm not going to mess with it. I just hope it doesn't screw up again when I have the windows down and it is about to rain
