i have a 2000 c5 d1 charger fast 90mm intake 90mm t/b arp head studs and cometic head gaskets,texas speed long tube with 3'' back no cats running a 4.5 pully car has not run yet still working on it.bottom end is a stock ls1 with about 70,000 on it should i do a cem and sprins and push rods or not.. and if so witch cam should i go with and springs please help i would like to drive the car soon and i dont want to have to put snow tires on to do so thanks for any feed back...

Which cam is certainly a choice, but whether you do it or not, is entirely up to you.
