Default Fuse 11; ASRY OFF?

Quick question, what does the ASRYOFF fuse stand for? I have had my car for 3 years and everything seems to be working but I was replacing some fuses and noticed this one has been missing the whole time I have owned the car. Thanks for the help.

I believe that fuse 11 in the foot well is for the horn and under the hood it just list accessory power in the list that I have. It could be an option that your car doesnt have if everything else is working.

There are three taped/stowed wires in the BCM area: Black, yellow, orange. Orange is hot at all times, yellow is switch with ignition, black is ground. Fuse 11 is for the yellow wire. Provided for accessories.

it is on the inside by the feet. But my horn has been working. As far as I know it seems like everything has been working. It's an 02 Z06 if that helps. Not sure if other C5's had different options that would require this fuse.
