Default rebuilding internals help
so i have 123,000 miles on my 99FRC, I was wondering which would be the best way to rebuild the internals? I know i want to do a stage 3 performance head and cams what else would need to be done? and which transmission would be better for it?

hey thank you very much i was actually bummed i haven't found any corvette shops in VA being that I'm use to all the shops in cali
