As an added note while I had no problem pushing mine out if you are concerned you could also spray some silicone spray on the rubber grommets to make them easier to slide out of the retaining hole on the wiper cowl. Mine is a 2004 and I replaced the OEM cowl with a Hydrocarbon cowl so the OEM rubber was still very pliable and easy to push out.

Mine is an 04 as well Craig. I'll try pusing out first. If they give me a hard time I'll give each one a shot of Silicone.

Tip: Turn key on, turn wipers on, turn key off when wipers are in mid stroke, mark wiper position on glass with masking tape (lift blade, apply tape to glass, lower blade onto tape, mark position on tape with pen), remove wiper arms and continue replacement process.
