Default Another HVAC thread, vents don't work. Controller?

2001 Z06 dual climate controller

I have 0 Codes.

All vents are blowing air. Been like this for years now.
I rebuilt the vacuum line. It was fine to begin with.

I tore the dash out today, and ran some tests.

Removing the black and purple line, I have vacuum.

I hooked up a mity vac to the purple line and cycled through the vents, none of them move.
I hooked up the mity vac to the yellow line at the vacuum block, and put my finger over the yellow vacuum line at the actuator. No suction. Cycled all vents and nothing changed.

I hooked the mity vac up to the vacuum actuators and they move.

So how do I figure out if my HVAC controller is the problem, or the actual vacuum solenoid block?

Does anyone have an pics of the vacuum block mounted to the fan cage pulled apart?

After searching just about every post with some version of HVAC controller, blah blah blah, I found some pics of the solenoids, and the connector. I yanked the solenoid block out, checked voltage on the connector and found only 12v on the black wire when grounded to the cig lighter.

The solenoids inside look perfect, so I am going to replace the AC controller.

On a bright side, my hud bezel was cracked, so when I pulled the dash it broke more. Attempting to fix it resulted in more cracks.
Looking around I found a post that says the bezels are no longer out there?
Well here is the start of trying to piece this thing back together.

I don't know how I am going to pull this one off.
