Default Hotchkis end link adjustment.

I'm looking to get a little less push with my Hotchkis setup. (more oversteer), so I lengthened the rear sway bar end links. You can unscrew them 21 times before they come apart. I unscrewed them 7 turns. I assume this makes the bar stiffer, and therefore will increase oversteer. Am I assuming correctly?

Length alone has nothing to do with it. The more parallel the bar's "arms" are to the lower control arm, the less resistant it will be. With the car on the ground, or the rear suspension otherwise settled (control arms on jackstands for instance) you should check the squareness of the bar.

The assumptions in the post was based on information from the folks at Hotchkis as well as Xtreme motorsports, so now I'm really confused!
