Hello everyone!!
I am in search for help with another issue my 98 vette is blowing HOT air from the floor vents it is so hot that it is not pleasant driving the car anymore. The ac controls are on the cold setting and off, but yet it still blows hot air. at the moment it seem the only solution is to drive with the AC at full blast and have it come out from the floor vents.. any solutions is greatly appreciated.
You may have an actuator motor failure or as in my case it was a cold solder
joint on the controller connector. It's a 2000 with the digital HVAC control.
Evil-twin Yes! I have the digital dual control
and Yes, I did changed my oil sending unit not long ago. When I changed the oil sending unit i made sure I reconnect the vacuum hose in back of the intake manifold.

Did this situation occur, right after the oil sender install?
ALL MOTOR C5 LS6 - I pulled the codes last night, the only code that is still current is "C2120 TPM system malfunction (no sensors received" this is from the B0-FRA-REMOTE FUNCTION ACTUATION. I am also having problems with my remote, it doesn't keep the program, so I have been using the key to enter the car.
Evil Twin - No, I have been having this problem before I changed the oil sending unit, but now since the temperature is over 100 and driving with this problem its just torture...
