Did you replace the belville washers in both posi clutch packs? I found that both of my springs were broken. I was also surprised at how little wear the clutch disks showed in my high mile differential. The good news is that after replacing my short shaft it has held up well.

Yes I replaced them with the stronger C6 Z06 springs. My originals were in perfect shape but I replaced them anyway.
