Default switch out the air conditioning climate control
I would like to know the best way to remove and replace the H V A C climate control

Remove surround, unbolt Head Unit, disconnect connections on rear.

Your post is a little vague; but if you're doing what I think you're doing:

Follow steps 1 - 3F on this link http://www.vetteessentials.com/instr...zel_howto.html

Then remove the two bolts (7mm I think) holding the AC Control Unit in place and it'll slide out. There's a wiring harness on the back you'll have to disconnect...
