Fuel Gauge circuit - how does it work? (adding RT Dash 2)
I am thinking of adding a Race Tech Dash 2 and am wondering if the C5 fuel sender(s) are compatible or if I will need to add some sort of processing circuit.
I thought I read that the stock dash averages readings from the senders in each tank. Is this correct? If so, anyone know how to build a similar circuit to feed a signal to a Dash 2 (which requires an input from 0-12v - a 0-5v (or something similar) will also work.

Thanks.
If you have a service manual, this is all explained in detail. You would really have to be creative, because the PCM reads the analog from the sending units, converts the readings, and communicates to the IPC via class 2. If you get that figured out, you're good to go.
