I replaced my door panels about a year ago with some Torch Red accented panels. From memory I think you first remove the bezel surrounding the latch that opens the door. It is the oval shaped piece. It just snaps on, so use a flat bladed tool like a paint scraper to get under the lip. Careful not to scratch, and then gently pull off. There are two torx screws underneath that need to come off. The panel that has the window switches can be gently pried up, don't scratch, and pulled out. The power plug can be pulled out and the switch panel set aside. Then the only thing left holding the panel on is a series of plastic pins that are attached to the panel along the bottom edge, five I think, that are pushed into holes in the metal door. The trick to getting the panel off from here is getting something between the panel and the door, along the bottom, so you can gently pull it out. I used a large screw driver and covered the blade with duct tape so it would'nt scratch the paint on the door to pry the panel out some. then I pulled the panel off pin by pin using my fingers once I could get them in the gap. Careful with what ever you use to pry, that you don't scratch. The panel pins pull straight out. It's a bit scary but once you do one, it gets easier. Just take your time and don't pry or pull real hard. Once all the pins pop out on the bottom, the panel lifts up to and out of the window channel. I hope I've remembered everything. Good luck.
