Don't do it! Teflon additives are not good for your engine. Dupont, the make of Teflon, does not recommend it for use in engines. If it was useful, don't you think Dupont would be raving about the stuff?
Please, put nothing but high quality oil in your crankcase.
I will be adding Slick50 Synthetic after my 2001 hits 20,000 miles. I have used it in all my cars for the last 15 years and never have had a motor problem , one of them has over 175,000 miles and are still is driven every day by my son.
