i'd imagine they should be fine on a cam that small.
tons of 4.8 & 5.3 trucks run that cam all day on stock valvetrain (except springs) with the 863s, which i believe have slightly smaller chambers
what i don't understand is why you'd go through all the trouble of a cam swap & put something that small in there
