Z06/misfire?
Ran some 100 octane fuel in my 02 Z06, (about 3/4 tank full). Car runs great, smooth response UNLESS I go full throttle. If I go full it has a miss, hesitation. I need to know if its an injector issue or did I foul a stock AC Delco spark plug? These plugs were replaced 500 miles ago, prior to the 100 octane fuel. Thanks in advance for response!!

The next time it happens don't delete the code and have your auto parts store scan your car with an aftermarket code reader like actron. The onboard scanner on the C5 will not show the specific cylinder(s) that is missing but the aftermarket scanner will. P0301 for cylinder 1 P0302 for cylinder 2 etc. Most parts stores will do this for free...
