Anyone replace roof gasket?
The gasket on the back edge of the targa top is "chewed" where it meets the side window. It doesn't leak, but looks like crap.
Is this easily replaced or should I leave it to the dealer?

Had mine done by dealer under warranty but it is caused when gasket isn't kept well lubricated according to Chevrolet.

Oh yes..GM sells the stuff they recommend to use...and its just like other weatherstripping...need to keep some type of lube on it so it doesnt dry out.

My gasket hasnt broke but the glass has come detached from the frame when it is hot the glass looks bowed. Called dealer and its covered under warrenty. I would think that a gasket would be covered to. :)
