Default 2 Step Switch

Where are you guys putting your two step momentary switch?

I was thinking about picking up a dual mode c6 shift **** and using that as the momentary.

Mine is wired into the switch at the top of the clutch travel (under the dash). I originally tried to wire it to the switch that is depressed when the clutch is pushed all the way down but couldn't get it to work there. I wish I could get it to work with that switch so I could use the two step and ride the clutch in the same launch.

Which two step are you using? How do you have it wired to the switch, meaning which wire on the switch are you tied into and which wire on the two step are you using?

Ditto

I believe there are a couple install threads in this section.

I have the LNC-002 My buddy has the MSD unit. Both installed the same way and work as advertised.

Capt,
My search didnt bring any install threads up. Maybe I'm using wrong terms. Think you could find me one?

LNC-002 here also. I installed it similarly to the instructions from LPE (its got a roll control feedback circuit for the line lock, so I've got a bunch of other stuff going on too).

As I recall, its +12v into the clutch switch, wire out of the clutch switch runs to both the +12v trigger on the two step and to the coil on the relay. Ground other side of the relay coil, and run the wires that came off of the clutch switch to each side of the business end of the relay. That should work....
