Default 97 a4 to m12 wiring

Hey guys I have the whole drivetrain down and Everything apart I will be sealing my a4 for a built m12 mechanically I am allset when it comes to the wiring I can not seem to get a straight answer here are my 2 questions.

Will my transmission wiring harness from my 97 a4 swap out with a 01 zo6 manual transmission harness (plug and play)

I have Been told by others that have done the swap that there are 5 wires that will need to be run to clutch pedal ect... Does anyone have the colors of the wires and where they go to and come from and how they did it? I am comfortable running wires but I don't want to guess and check I would rather do it once and have it be correct.
Wires in question
Clutch switchs
Neutral saftey start
Cruise control

Any other wires I need to know about would be great

i guess i have to get a different wiring harness i just looked up and realized that by abs module is located in the rear of my car and the 98 and up cars have them mounted upfront by the power steering rack. If i am wrong please correct me.

It's a 1/2 year change for 98.
